Return Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
How to Return an Item
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the items you wish to return
- Print your prepaid return label (if applicable)
- Package your items securely and ship them back to us
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you get the correct size/color before returning the original.
- Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase
- You will receive a refund for the returned item
- The new item will be charged at current prices
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items and clearance merchandise
- Personalized or customized products
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items without original tags
- Damaged items not due to manufacturing defects
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
